Made by Condor (www.condoroutdoor.com). Solid construction, only 600D Denier not spec 1000 Denier but still amazingly tough for the money. Good for people under 6", if you're a taller guy go with the MPC it will fit you better as it comes up higher. If you're a big guy 6'0"+ and *know* you need the spec 1000D, order in the Condor Quick Release Plate Carrier.
This plate carrier can be quick-released in 4 motions ( cummerbund flap, left or right cummerbund side plate, chest rig buckle, shoulder strap buckle). After some practice and repetition it could be removed in about 3 seconds using two hands, double that for one handed exit.
Padded shoulder straps have a grippy underside to keep it planted, but they will take some breaking-in as they can be quite stiff. The shoulder straps are pretty adjustable as well.
MOLLE loops seem firm but the tightness of each loops seems to vary from hard to easy for accessory add-on effort.
The emergency drag handle is secured well, it was able to drag 215 lbs without any sign of breakage or load limit.
This PC will accept 10x13 SAPI plates (shooters cut or standard Large strike face) on the front and back and 5x8 plates in the cummerbund.
For real SAPI plates, an additional trauma plate is suggested for underneath all hard armor.
For air soft/paint ball search for Toy Soldier replica plates that are made of plastic that are contoured for the chest and back like real SAPI plates.
Overall this vest is well built and has plenty of features similar to the big brand name companies at a fraction of the cost.
My only two cons: cummerbund Velcro flap may need two more snaps at the corners if you're slim and the lack of 1000D
otherwise BUY IT
