Q: How much is shipping going to cost me anyway?

A: We charge shipping based on size and weight. We charge the lowest possible cost, so we are not a company that tries to make profit on the shipping. Once you have purchased your items and have either gone through the Paypal checkout or e-mail ordering, we will send you an invoice for the total lowest possible shipping. That total will have to be paid as well before we can ship out your order.

Q: How long will be order take to get to me?

A: If we have the items you ordered on hand we can get them shipped to you upon payment between 1-3 weeks. If we have to order some or all of your order from suppliers expect shipment between 3-6 weeks.

Q: How is the shipping of my order handled?

A: We take the upmost care when shipping your orders. We have had extensive experience in shipping goods to all over the world due to our sideline ebay business under the id name of expoblue.

Q: Why is it that sometimes my orders take longer to get to me than others?

A: Most of the items we list on our website are in stock at our store, and as such we can ship those as soon as payment is recieved. Other items will have to be ordered from our suppliers and we may have to wait awhile to fill your order.
